Voicemail Reset

Hi
Does anybody know how to set a line back so voicemail can be setup for a new user. We have an 8770 with 8038 phones. When a user leaves i put the new account in but the old voicebox remains. Need to clear it out for the new user.

I just saw this thread, and just wondering if you can help me also for 4645 voicemail reset for 1 extension.

Have omnipcx and have omnivista 8770 client for gui

When a user leave the company and you assign the extension to a new person, you must delete the old voicemail and re-assign it.
