Does anyone know how to reset an 8008 CloudEdition to factory settings if we don't know the password? Some magic key combination during startup to something similar?

How we can give factory reset to 8008 cloud edition if forgot password. Is there any master password

any solution for this model when the user change the password ¿¿can be done by firmware update or someting like that???
