Alcatel Unleashed

On my iPhone I just type in the extension I want to dial, it doesn’t dial the extension, but rather use my cellular to try to dial as if it’s a phone number. How do I resolve? I have to look up the contact in the Rainbow system to dial.

I think you have an option in Rainbow to say that you want to use rainbow as a dialer
