Does anyone know how configure WMM in a 4302 for works IPTouch w/o Svp?
With SVP works fine, but if configure WMM and take off SVP the mobile doesn't work

This is a subject that is still a little open.

What version of software do you have on the WLAN switch and the OXO/OXE? What MIPT phones do you have?

These answers will make a difference if you can or can not do without the SVP Server.

oxo > R 6.1 the release 6.0 doesn`t work w/o svp
OA > R 3.1
Oxo License == MIP
OA license == Voice Services Module (now when you buy omniaccess with actis have the license)
