Call centre applications CCA,pilot

Hi there

I would like to know is there a way for me to block agents that are logged into a call centre
from making call if there are calls in the queue

The problem I'm experiancing is that the agents phone personal calls and there are customers waiting in queue . :lol:

If the Agent is logged in the PG make the FCOS to not be able to make an external call;
Now if you want to not be able to call internal extensions you may barred the agent connection COS.

But I think is better if the supervisor does his job!
Run some reports and get the slacker
