Call forwarding help

Hi,

Since few days now, when the attendant put forwarding call on, the phone keeps on ringing. We have 3 numbers A, B and C. I noticed that if call forwarding is on and when someone call number A, call diversion works well. This doesn't happen when a caller uses number B or C. Any hint as to where to look is much appreciated.

Hi, you have to check what type of call you are forwarding (operator, group, dynamic routing or personal DDI). It will not be same type of forwarding method or key
