IP Desktop Softphone over VPN

Post by junoooni »

Hi

I am trying to register my IP Desktop Softphone (on Windows 10) latest version to my office OXO Connect (R3.2). it works well over LAN/WLAN but does not connect through VPN. We are using Fortinet Firewall VPN Client.

Any suggestions?

Just be sure you are setting up correct ports to be part of your firewall rules.
Check documentation about TCP/UDP ports

Just says "Connection lost" for like 5 seconds, then the whole softphone crashes.

The firewall rule is set to allow all. Trying to figure out what the issue might be
