OXO A.C.D Error : -11

Hi ,
We have an error that does not allow us to enter OXO call center statistics,

The OXO version, the error : -11, is attached in photos.

We have reviewed several tickes here with similar information but it has not worked.

Someone here has had that error, how has it been solved?

I have tried several versions of OCM, but the same result :(

I have even restarted the PBX, and I confirm that it has the licenses to see the statistics

Hi ,
I have also made a backup of the database and then do a cold reset, and I have reloaded the DB without a positive result, the same error follows :(

I have changed the password too and nothing ... the same problem continues
Error -12 appears after cold reset and loading the DB (Picture name : Unbenannt2.png)


I don't want to do it(LOLA), because this client has a slightly old version, and that implies to program everything manually again,
