Hi

I would like to know if there are any third party reporting tools that will interrogate our Alcatel OXE running v12.1. ?

I have been asked to get a solution to pull verbose reports from CCS more often than once in any 23 hour period (because you cannot select 00:00 hours)... ideally every 15 minutes and push this to a SQL server or just a straight CSV output.

Or..... if anyone can recommend any way of setting up a macro or similar... autoIT ??

This will be running around the clock as a background task or a service sitting on a virtual machine.

ok I've waited for quite a few days for a reply. I would have hoped that after 3k of views, someone would be able to point me in the right direction or even indicate that I'm off my head for asking this.

Is it just not possible? If so, please let me know and I can feed this back to my management.

You need a CCS Server with a licensed tool from Alcatel that would extract data to a SQL. Ask your vendor
