Calls between different entities.

HI,
Calls between different entities in OXE gives sound like that this is an external incoming call. If you don't answer this phone you get message that you have an not answered phone call.
Is it possible to program the OXE, so this calls (calls between different entities) behave on the same way that calls between phones in the same entity?
