Disconnect T2 to BYE sip with delay

Good afternoon,
I am having a problem with a JUSAN application partner that provides us with a call center external to OXO. Currently our client has a movistar T2 to receive calls and calls are sent to the JUSAN call center through a homogenous SIP trunk. The problem comes when someone makes an incoming call and hangs up before being attended. The movistar T2 sends the disconnected but the OXO does not send the "BYE" until 35 or 40 seconds later. This causes the agent's phone to continue ringing and when you pick up there is no one. There seems to be some problem between the disconect and the conversion or sending of the "BYE". Does anyone think of what may be happening?
