Alcatel Unleashed

Hi,
I am using an Alcatel 4029. When on a call and I am voice prompted to select an option, I select (for example) 1, the digit appears on my screen, but it doesn't dial it. Please advise where I am going wrong?

what's the meaning of 1 , may be oxe is waiting for more digits ?! or are u in dtmf transparency when on call ?!

You need to enable DTMF sending from phone screen.
