are you sure that you have your main network on both sides of the vpn? Are the computers in the same net?

ok is see that the answer is already here... you have to set the phone to static ip, give it an adress, subnet and gateway out of 192.168.2.0, and the oxo address as tftp...

You were right, i have setted static IP address for deskphone, and it's work, probleme resolved.

is it possible to define static IP adress for terminal using a management software so to avoid doing them manually one by one.

Setup a DHCP server on your remote site with DHCP option 66 configured with OXO IP address on Main Site.

hello!!! I have the same issue, but on my main site (192.168.1.0/24) and my remote site (192.168.2.0/24) I have a site-to-site BVPN. However, I also have a VLAN 10 for VOICE on the main site (172.16.1.0/24). How can I configure the OXO so that my 192.168.2.0 network can communicate with 172.16.1.0/24? I can already ping my VLAN network... but I still get "no TFTP response."
