I have an OXE Omnivista 4760 in my organization. We want to purchase 2 PCs Call Server 3 and the seller ask me for the S.A.P. file that I have to obtain from the OXE.

I have no idea how to obtain it. Anyone can help me?

I have the OPS directory but How I get the Sap File from there?

i have never seen any sap files. You need the 4-6 files from the ops directory. they end with .zip , .swk, .hw and a hardware.mao
