Hi Guys
I am upgrading a Oxe and an external voice mail server HP DL320 G8 from 11.2 to 12.3. My worries is regarding the external voice mail server . Can somebody give me the steps.
After upgrading the OXe and the server how do i get them to syncronize again ? Maintaining the same database. As you know the hard drive has to be formated as from release 12.1. Can someone help here with the steps .

Well Guys
Looks like nobody was able to help here.
After a good fight and looking through Alcatels Knowlege base .

Here is the solution :

1. Make backup of all 4645 data on CS.
2. Load 4645 CS with new SW.
3. Run netadmin on 4645 CS.
4. Create EVA_ONLY in /usr3/mao
5. Start main CS.
6. Restore 4645 files on 4645 CS.
