PickUp Group, how to setup

Hello, i am brand new on this Forum and partly new in Alcatel and OXO world.
Anyway, i would like to know how to make one pickup group for several users in same office in my company?
So, basically, i would like have option available when my colleague phone is ringing, than i can pick it up on my phone by pressing ## (for example)?
