OXO connect 3.1 Sip trunk-no audio when on hold and tranfer

Hello Guys,

I am facing a problem with one SIP trunk provider .(I have imported the LA certified profile )
When a call incoming/outgoing and we put it on hold we have one way audio when we return to conversation .
Seems rtp losts their path . The nat is made by the provider to our lan network .All net traffic is sent to their router from our pbx.
Provider claims that is ok ok by their side.
Checked codec and numbering many times . But no luck
Changed the file extension to txt. please change to pcap to open the trace.
Ip pbx 192.168.0.246, provider router 192.168.0.247 .


Any ideas ?

solved by checking the rtp proxy fixed ports in voip parameters
