Alcatel Unleashed

Hi all,

Here is the new alcatel PBX (OmniPcx 4400 and Enterprise) knowledge base that I am trying to set up. Since I got my ACFE certification, I met a lot of nice people on the field and everybody though that a 'common knowledge base' would be a good idea.. Now I need you to give me a hand to fill it up, and help each other !
