Losing registry on extensions randomly -Alcatel OXO

Hi all!

Im installing an Alcatel OXO with the latest version and have the next problem:

Every so often (random but no more than 5-10 minutes) I'm losing the registry on all extensions. In the log I can see smth like "the SIP record has been rejected".

The registry with the trunk never goes down.
I tried with physical IP Phones, Softphones... nothing works. Tried to changing configurations on VoIP parametres but I dont find the solution.

Can u help me?
