Phone book modification

Hello,

I have to modify the company's phone book
without changing name and other setting,
i.e only extension number has to be changed.
even names won't be changed.

Please give an example of a user with old settings and what the new settings should be.

i mean directory numbers
for all user (only directory numbers)

export everything, modify on excel or similar, erase all from OXE and reimport

do i need to delete all, what if i just reimport
the text or excel file after modification.
i am afraid of the erase thing

If you import without delete will be like adding new users...

settings ?? for each directory number i.e
location node,
shelf address,
board address
