Internal call release timer

Hello ,
while I make calls b/n inrernal extension number the call never stops ringing unless it is picked up or hang up .
Would you please advice me on that.

Did you check the list of timers in the documentation?
If there is no voicemail setup, I believe it is setup by default to ring until you hangup.
Why would you want to terminate the call if nobody answers?
