Alcatel Unleashed

Hi to all,
we currently have an Alcatel A9700E omniswitch. I have been trying to set the NTP server (Windows Server DC) but I have had no success what so ever; it remains as configured rejected.
I have tried the 'ntp server synchronize and unsynchronize commands' but to no use. Is there anything else I can try to maybe have the switch reach the ntp server please?

please check F/W or " show ip managed-interface "
and config ntp managed-interface
ex)
hostname> ip managed-interface Interface_name application ntp

do you have stratum 16 too? than you need "ntp server unsynchronized"
