OXO accept accountcode but uable to make outbound calls

Good Day

I have OXO that uses Sip trunk,the system was working but recently users cannot make outbound calls.The account code/pin code ia accepted by the system thereafter the dial numbers are rejected.The inbound calls are accepted through the cellphones only.I have checked with our Sip trunk providers and they recommend to check the codecs.I checked the ARS of which parameters seems ok.What am I missing?
