Picking Calls

We want to pick calls in our office. I configured pickup group on users profile (as same group name in "facilities") but users can't pickup call. When a phone that in the group rings, I dial *72 but doesn't work. Even I dial * alone, phone warn me "featue denied". Is there anything I missed and what should I do. Thanks...

Note : We have OXE
