SIP Trunk not transferring from ACD to Agent

hello there,
i have OXO call centre R3xx with 2 analogue lines and SIP trunk. On analogue lines it is working without any problem but on SIP trunk the incoming calls are not transferring from ACD announcements to Agent. after you hear the announcement, it is quite. when i program the trunk to ring on one extension i have no problem with it
Please help what can be the solution
