Questions 8068S phones

I have two 8068S phones in a remote branch that I just installed. They called reporting garbled conversation, etc. I heard it.

I check the normal things - bandwidth both ends and everything is fine. I then ask if the other people in the branch that are using 4028 phones are fine. This is happening both external and internal calls. I just don't understand what else to look at with just those sets. The 8068s, any guidance would be helpful.
