Sip Trunk

We have moved from T2(Public Trunk) to SIP trunk.I have registered the sip details on ARS.The problem is that I cannot add the VOIP/physical address on the list of access.Please see the attached

Do you licenses for this? What release is your system? Which provider?

so according to tc1284 there is no tested sip profile for this provide, you will need to figure all by yourself.
do you have sip trunk licenses? If not no chance...
