Can not access the server adminstration console

Hi:

In a new installation of the OmniPCX Record R2.3.23, after I applied the license key, I login to the Server Administrator console, but I can not choose any option from the menu. The logo OmniPCX Record shows on top of the console and all options are grey. The administrator console opens and you can go through all the options,but since is a new installation, there is no management done. What could be happening here?

Already found the solution on the Technical Knowledge Centre at ALE site (article 44105). Yesterday the access to the site was down.
