Very descriptive, maybe some more details would be great... i know we are good on the page but this is a little bit hard...
Set type, when do you see the issue, is the programming matching the set type so so so many questions!

Present something on display (f.e. ******) during call (or absolutely blank display).

the set type is 4039, it shows (unknown user) on incoming calls.

With "t3" - do you see Calling number?
Or this problem - only with one internal user?
