I am having this issue when creating any CCD object, piliot/queue etc... It does not show on the CCSupervision.
OXE Rel,12.2. When I go under CCsupervision Configuration/pilot it is disabled.

I have already a Genesys express configured with OXE, and not sure if something was managed to disable this feature.

Was this working before? Can you post a screenshot?

it was resolved after a reboot.
