I have an IVR/ACD server wich monitor some Ip phone via CSTA.
On the ACD agent computer, i have a application (like the CCA client) which permit to make some action like log on/log off, take calls.
When i make a call from the application, the caller phone is ringing and display ont the screen "Authorized call".
Then when I lift the handset and the call is established beetwen the caller and the called phone.
I want to change the behaviour of the caller phone.
The communication has to be established beetween the two phone without lifting the caller handset (or touching the phone).
I think the caller phone should be in hand free mode.
Here is an extract from a CSTA documentation (ECMA_TR68.pdf) wich describe the call flow :
Does someone konw wich Oxe parameters i have to modify to make this ?This scenario originates a call from device D1 to device D2. In this scenario device D1 is free, valid and permitted to make the call - and device D2 is a
valid number. The switching function dials the call and automatically forces device D1 to go off-hook. Switching functions often have the capability to force
"digital" sets to go off-hook without the user having to participate. With "analogue" sets it is necessary for the switching function to prompt the user to lift
the handset.
It seems to confirm that this behaviour has to be configured on the OXE side.
I hope this is understandable.
Feel free to ask questions if it's not clear enough.
