hi there,
suddenly today we can not to login our OmniVista v4.3R3.
The password for admin user "switch" no longer works. Comes message "Login failed". I try to reset or change this password in the virtual apliance menu, but nothing found.
Can someone help us to reset/change webaccess password?

If you have an other admin-user you can reset the password of the admin with that login.
You can try to login with the other default users (writer, netadmin) - default PW always "switch". But with them you have no right to configure users.

Restart of the server via the vm-menu (login there as cliadmin)... wait until all the services are running (watchdog...). Than try to login via web again.

If this didn't solve the issue you has to open a ticket at alcatel. Via a remote session they will reset the admin.
