Not able to send tagged traffic across p2p

Hi All
Our ISP uses 6250 for our p2p links. We then use ospf between our sites.
We can't figure, including our ISP why we are not able send our traffic as tagged so each time we put new p2p in place we end up setting our port connected to 6250 to send traffic untagged.
our kit sends traffic untagged (ospf p2p)--- UNI, CVLAN untagged 6250 --- ISP --- 6250 CVLAN untagged UNI --- our kit
I got some output from 6250, I'm not sure how much of a help this is
can we assume, based on the above that the 6250 expects traffic on port 1/1 to be untagged (CVLAN(s): untagged) or match default vlan ID configured on the 6250
