export your existing carrier setup (known as the codebook). This will dump 9 files in to a location you specify. Then using Excel, open the ??????.trf file and make the necessary changes.
Then re-import the whole codebook.
If you are unable to do the above, then you will probably require your vendor to attend site and perform the work for you.

the answer is in my first post (in the last sentence).
Another answer for you is: Go to an Alcatel-Lucent University and sit in some classes for OXE and 4760. Expect to spend about 1 whole month, minimum, in the class and then you will become a true peer of ours here at Alcatel Unleashed and then see the power of this forum.
This site/forum is an excellent 'peer' support site for anyone who has done the relevant training on A-L 4400/OXE/OXO systems. It is also a good site for very intelligent end users that know how to switch on a PC. It appears that you fall in to neither of those categories.

athos19, it is very hard to explain unless you are familiar with the screens, but I will try...
Log in to 4760 and go in to ACCOUNTING.
Once in ACCOUNTING, you will see some information appear in the screen. There will be some TABS at the top E.G. Organisation, Carrier, Parameters ???, Choose the CARRIER tab.
Then open up the carrier that has been created and just keep opening everything up. You will eventually come to the tarrif table. If you only have a couple of tarrifs to change, then just change them in there. If you have lots, then right click the carrier (from the start date) and you should see option to export.
Good Luck!
