Problem in INTIP3A.

I have created an INTIP3A card and allotted an IP 10.10.10.5. It was working fine. Due to network changing we changed the IP scheme and allotted an IP 172.16.32.244. But the card was not initializing. We revert the system to previous IP scheme. but card was still not initialized. When i connected V24 cable, It shows in mgconfig role ip:172.16.32.244. I remove the card and created card from the start but it again receive role IP 172.16.32.244. While the system is running on following IP Scheme.
CPU A: 10.10.10.5
CPU B:10.10.10.6
Role: 10.10.10.7
I am confused that from where INTIP card receives an address of 172.16.32.244.
