Hello. Need help from our experts.
I had three (3) GA-3 boards plugged on different Media Gateways. All of the have same issue which not able to come IN SERVICE
I notice that the tftp from CS to GA-3 board was successful, however after the binary downloading, GA-3 started rebooting with this error:

INTIPA_Board::TS_com_receive_state : TS_COM_CONNECTION_LOST ==> RESET !!! ==> calling INTIPA_Board::Stop_IP()

Probably bad IP configuration.
Make sure they have the correct shelf number if not auto assigned
Make sure their MAC address is correctly setup in the OXE
Make sure they can reach the OXE IP address (network issue)

I had resolved it. I found that there is a port security defined on the network switch.
