i have an oxo R10.3 ,i have two problem:

- when i call some one who is not in the office i want to let him a reminder to call me when come back as in the OXE (press 5 ...)without sending a text msg or a voice msg.

- i want to consult the last caller by composing a code.

You can activate callback on a user level:
* Go to Subscribers/Basestations list
* Select subscriber and go to Details
* Go to Features
* activate "Callback"
You can then program a key on their device for a call back request or:
* Go to Numbering
* Go to Features in Conversation
* Define a number for the callback feature

You don't think you can consult the last conversation on your R10.3
I think you can only "redial" with your current phones (and check messages of the missed calls)...
So for this I'd advice you to install PIMphony (old) or Rainbow (new) free CTI software client.
With them, you can always consult al your calls.
