OXO web login fails

Alcatel OmniPCX office (Compact edition) R9.20
OMC login works fine, https://<oxo-ip> works fine, but fails if choosing "webdiag" from the main page, or directly to https://<oxo-ip>/services/webapp/monitor.
This results in a warning message from the browser, telling me that this site is reached but can not be accessed due to the browser's SSL / TLS settings.
I have checked/unchecked about every SSL and TLS setting in the IE, and also tried other browsers, as well as other PC's. I have also accepted/installed the offered certificate from the oxo website.

So my question is: Are there any known solution or workaround to this issue, is it sw related, browser related, computer related (HP and Lenovo), firewall settings or is it just me...?
