How to force the second Fan to start in OS6450-P24

Hi Everybody,
I have an issue in the OS6450-P24, it turns off when the temperature becomes high because the second fan doesn't start, so i would like to force the second fan to work permanently.
With show fan, I have only one fan is running the two others are not running.
Please Help.

). With show temperature you can check the danger threhold. If this temperatur is reached the other fans will start to work. If the upper threshold is reached than the fan will stop. There is no command (in my knowledge) to change the danger threshold. If you find a solution please post it to us all.
