How can I get the latest CPU usage of OS6860 via SNMP?

Post by fkromer » 27 Nov 2018 03:51

The UID SNMPv2-MIB::healthDeviceInfo.healthDeviceCpuLatest (1.2.1.16.1.1.1.13) could be used to get the latest cpu usage from older switches. The OS6860 don't support this UID (the whole healtDeviceInfo tree). Is there an equivalent UID which can be used to get the latest cpu usage and in case there is what's the UID?

Within all the cli guides you will find at every command the correct MIB object.
in this cas you are looking for healthModuleCpuLatest (the same for all R8 switches).
To get the oid use this command:

Code: Select all

> show snmp object identifier healthModuleCpuLatest
1.3.6.1.4.1.6486.801.1.2.1.16.1.1.1.1.1.15

Hi Silvio, thx for the help. I'am kind of new to SNMP. I think I'm getting how to get OIDs now.
