Latest CPU usage via SNMP

On older alcatel switches the latest CPU was accessible via SNMPv2-MIB::healthDeviceInfo.healthDeviceCpuLatest. This UID is not usable with the OS10K. How can I get the latest CPU usage of the OS10K via SNMP?
