After using the incvisu command I have the following error repeated a lot any one know any thing

20/06/05 13:01:13 000001M|--/--/-/---|=2:0637=ALB error 2 1

Use this command to get extra info :
incinfo GEA 0637

It seems that you could have a memory problem.

Maybe your pbx has been upgraded, and extra/new RAM NOT been installed?!?

Since this is a MAJOR Alarm, I suggest that you contact the company that installed your pbx-system.

I had the same incident, but the problem was with PSAL and an error of the first version of release 6.0. We have upgraded to 6.0.1, ghange the PSAL and the incident was lost.

Wow, I just saw that they released 6.2 ..!

Well I found that this is only a bug of R6.0 . I believe that an update will solve your problem as it solved in my case
