IVM and outbount functionality

Hi.

I'm integrating Alcatel IP-telephony into CRM system. I use SDK to communicate with CCA client, but there isn't lots of documentation about it.
As I understand for IVM and outbount I can use services.
So, how can I communicate with services from cod or may be how can I do it from SDK?

What is IVM?
Which Outbound? CCO? What about it?
WebServices? which one? Nor CCO or CCA provide any.
Please make your question a little bit more elaborated
