Which causes can make OS6860E-U28 have no any swlogd when the issue is happening?

Hi guys,

My customer have 3 OS6860E, one of them OS6860E-U28 (switchA) have an issue, it was hung and would recover only after a reboot. During this stage the respective switch can be consoled or telnet but time response is very high and about 50-80% ping drop due to client cannot access to internet, no logs would be printed in the swlogs. I can not find logs because when the issue happening have no any logs recorded on swlod file.

When i remove switchA out of network, the system is fine unless the issue can happen on other OS6860E-U28(switchB), the switchC is OS6860E-24.

After update to lastest firmware 8.5R02 the issue is still happen on switchA.

Please give me advises!
