Hello, I'm installing an opentouch, this is the first one, I'm a little lost, I can not synchronize the OT with OXE at all.
my doubt, I have to have OT and OXE in the same ominivista?
if not how to solve this problem
** error: OXE with IP address 192.168.10.1 is not available in system directory
was created site with all the information of OXE.

Emergency? An installation? Then hire PS or contact ALE support...this is step one only.
Later you will find much more stuff to do.

yes it is. But we businesspartner pay a lot of money and time to know how to implement those systems and to have all certification to sell them. And if you do all those necessary courses at Alcatel, then you know how to do it.
i hope you understand why we don´t help, if there is no intention so pay for it, especially if it a basic question as yours...

you start with OT without any course fom Alcatel? good luck
i tried it myself without knowledge and failed pretty hard

Actually I had a face-to-face course of 1 week, but the product is so good that even the instructor could not make an 8082 deskphone work.

Lol, maybe was a trainer from Central America or Mexico? XD I know a couple with those skills.
Ideas was not to force you pay, no way, but to guide you to the best solution. Like if you are building something complex then you may need much more help at implementation and business decision making too, as first hand installation experience is a good friend.
