We have a new deployment of OTMS R2.3.120.002.

When we deploy new 8082 telephone set . the new CTL signing is success. After that the telephone set reboots, but gets stuck at stage 3 and gives the following error

dmconfig : curl ret : 35 & http code : 000

Even it may be a little late...

You will need latest firmware for the phone 3.0 ... 5.18.
Before that you have to switch the OT to insecure TLS protocols.
There is a script in apache home directory. Take a look in tease notes.
