Hi guys... & Cav

I have a problem with a Release 8 site. Infact same site I am having problem with Beeps on lol.

I have set up 2 Call Presentation keys and defined them for 2 different Entities. What I want is that users in 1 entity dial 0 for operator and show up on 1 PCOT key and another user dialling 0 and coming up on the other PCOT key in the Attendant. Alas, it is not working. :(

Does anyone know why or do you know of a way to work around this? :?

Not yet - I need to read the release notes for patch 7 to see if it has been fixed in there.

Ok Knight something tells me, that you have create virtual Analogs which are the answer points in the entities and then theses can be PCOT keys.. I had the same issues about 6 years ago and i think this was the answer..lots of agrog between then and now :D

Oldboy, are you saying that the Day1 destination should be a Ghost Z? then how will it ring at the Attendant? :?

Can you possibly give me an idea by showing me an entity setup and how the PCOT key is defined?

Destination would be a ghost z, which is supervised on a PCOT key on the attendant, so when the ghost z rings the key will change colour and indicates a call then you can answer on that key...i will see if i can find the set-up.... :?
