OTC error with Android 8.0

Hi All
Our OTC in android smart phones were working fine but since now when any of our android user updating their androd phone to android 8.0 , OTC showing error in calling " outgoing call error - an error occured while calling".
Is there any problem of OTC with Android 8.0, if it is like that then is there any fix or advice here, please.
