I have 6900 and also 10 Gig SFP the question is already configured all the 30 switches also I need to mount the switches in remote site should I need to upgrade the 10 Gig license on 6450 switch as well . In order to check the uplink connectivity . or without 10 Gig license we can check the up link ??

Yes,
with 10Gig-SFP only 10Gig is possible. So you need 6450X (build-in 10G-Lic) or 6450 with 10G-Lic (Performanance). For test you can activate one time the demo lic for 15 days.
