We use OXO-CONNECT.
8001 deskphones are able to SEND DTMF tones without any issues, after, call connects, required for conference call voice servers.

But on 8018 deskphones, FUNCTION MF Code softkey appears, when call is IN PROGRESS. But this function deactivates, the moment, call connects. Hence unable to use SEND DTMF function essential for conference call voice servers.

Any solutions?

Have you tried activating dtmf while in the call? To my knowlegde * is the default to start send dtmf signals, if that isn't true for your system you could configure a "dtmf end to end dialing" button on one of the sets physical buttons (e.q. F1 or F2)

Also isn't this in the worng thread, this doesn't have anything to do with hardware?
